    Evalogik ZW97 Z-Wave Dual Outdoor Outlet.
    I bought this to control my outdoor yard lights from my Z-Wave hub. Worked pretty well, but, after about a week, it would lose contact with my hub, and I would have to delete the device and re-pair it. Maybe you'll have more success with your hub.
