Jasco Z-Wave Lamp Module ZW3101 - Tested and Works

This is a Z-Wave outlet / light controller / lamp module. It's up as used but it honestly doesn't seem to have been. I tested it with a z-wave stick and home assistant and it worked perfectly.

Notes on shipping:
I am never looking to make money on the shipping cost. I am always willing to combine shipping for anything that you purchase from me. Everything is calculated by eBay as the actual cost of shipping for individual items (I will never add a handling fee). With that said there are two ways to get combined shipping. Go ahead and purchase everything that you want and I will refund you the difference between what you paid for shipping fees and the actual calculated rate or your can add the items, and before finalizing payment, request the total and I will send you a combined total.
Amazon (and other) Resellers / Dropshippers:
I absolutely will NOT send items to buyers who are not the purchaser. Any 'gift addresses' will be cancelled at the time of purchase. If you are a reseller looking to have me send an item to a person who is unaware that the item is coming to me (an eBay seller) they will be surprised to learn that I am unwilling to not send the item in eBay marked packaging with an eBay invoice for the item purchased. It is unfortunate that a few bad apples can ruin the bunch but being a very small seller I have been greatly affected by these types of scams.
