Written on the tray, it says  RHEINGOLD EXTRA DRY LAGER BEER   LIEBMANN BREWERIES  INC.   NEW YORK NY   BREWERS FOR OVER 114 YEARS
On the inside edge,  there is a stamp that reads - CANCO  T.M. AMER. CAN CO. 71-A 7
This vintage tray is used - it is in good vintage condition. It does show some areas of scratches.  Please see pictures.   It measures about 12"diameter.
