Pertaining to returns and refunds. Please inspect your item when you receive it. You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the item, buyer pays return shipping. Refund will be calculate minus the shipping cost. For example, if you buy an item on Dec. 1st, and you receive it on Dec. 6th, you have until Dec. 15th to have it in the mail on it’s way back to me with a tracking number where I can verify it was shipped out by Dec.15th. The item’s cost was , I paid to ship it to you. You will receive a refund of when I receive it back and verify it wasn’t used and everything functions the same way it did when I sold it to you. If it was new sealed in the plastic wrap when you bought it, that must not be opened for you to return it for a refund because I can’t turn around and resell it as new if you have opened the plastic wrap on it. This wouldn’t be fair to me if you bought it and opened it then decided you just didn’t want it any longer. Please understand. eBay charges >10% of the total price to sell an item and then PayPal also charges a fee to be the payment mediator. I take pride and fully test everything I sale that is new(unless it is sealed in plastic wrap). Thank you
