I've been in the sport of Powerlifting for over 50 years now and I can tell you this is a VERY rare belt and you won't find another ANYWHERE for sale on the Internet. It really belongs in a museum (or your lifting Man-cave) as it's a part of Powerlifting history being one of the first Belts the Titan company produced when they entered the market in the 1980's.
Toro 10mm Single Prong Powerlifting Belt-Navy Blue Size Medium (Used) Photo # 7 shows the actual color as compared to a Black Belt.
I just acquired this along with another 5 or 6 Vintage belts from the 80'to 90's and have refurbished them. That means they are perfectly clean and REALLY stiff..... back to like when they were new so you'll have to fully break them in yourself.
Photos # 8 & 9 show the belt (in the middle) before refurbishing.
I started the break-in process so I would be able to ship them and you'll see that I mean when I advise you to open the shipping box carefully 'cause the belt will either pop out like a Jack in the box or a coiled Cobra!
After spending around an hour scouring the Internet this appears to be one of the original Toro Powerlifting belts from way back in the 80's. It matches all the criteria (3, single rows of stitching, 10mm thickness/single prong, 4 inch width, Tapered end. Suede over leather...) In fact there's really nothing else around for it to BE since that is a pretty unique combination.
