Description
Vintage Nuchu12" tall x 5" wide x 2" deep
"Nuchus" (or sometimes called "Uchus" depending on the village) are hand carved healing figures and are used to keep watch over the owner and keep away evil spirits and for healing the sick. Traditional Kuna households have many to guard against the incursion of spirits causing illness.
