    Please note that  PO BOXES are NOT valid for delivery for items that ship FedEx Ground or UPS Ground. Buyer agrees to provide a standard street address during checkout, or the order is subject to cancellation.
    I cannot change delivery address after payment is received without entirely cancelling the transaction.
    If a PO Box is a requirement for delivery, you must either select FedEx SmartPost, or a USPS shipping option at checkout.
    Some large, fragile, or high value items cannot ship via USPS.  If USPS is not offered in the listing, then this is the case.

    There is a good chance I will ship out your item within minutes of the order, depending on time of day.   With this in mind, I

    offer cancellations OR address changes any longer.  Please be sure and ask any questions, and double check your delivery address prior to completing checkout.  Some orders literally cannot be cancelled once submitted, so it's best to not ask and put either one of us on the spot.  A large portion of seller fees are no longer refundable to us as of 2019, so I just can't do it.  Sorry for any inconvenience.

    Item arrived damaged or not working?
    The shipper is paid a premium to deliver items intact. If an item arrives malfunctioning, a claim with the shipper must be filed prior to re-shipping (returning) an insured package.  Please contact me directly through eBay messaging for instructions in this case, and I'll get you taken care of.  I'm here, and I respond to communications, so please do not open an eBay return or send it back without an RMA number or other instructions from me.  Sending it back when unprompted by me or the shipping carrier is often an expensive and pointless waste of time for everyone.
