    Description

    This lovely Wounaan Embera Indian Plate Basket has a 9" diameter.
    Simply use a needle & thread to make a loop on the back and then hang it on the wall.
    This basket is unusual. See the purple chunga fiber? I asked about it and was told it is a signature. The women put their baskets in a toe sack for the bus ride into the city. The special color allows the artist to know for sure her baskets. I don't see this often but it is interesting.
